1st Thought was founded by active duty Law Enforcement and Fire Firefighter personnel located in Los Angeles County, California. We have been training all our lives and want to be part of the solution in helping businesses and non-profits prepare their employees to survive any incident through preparation and a survival mindset. Police Lieutenant with over 20 years of law enforcement experience and over two thousand training hours. Expertise in active shooter response, critical incident management, Tactical Casualty Combat Care, and a current training bureau commander.
I founded this company with one goal in mind, to help as many people as possible be mentally and physically prepared to survive.
